Come and Gone

My due date has come and gone (well, almost. Technically I still have an hour before the day is over, but it's definitely not coming in that hour, so close enough) and no baby! I haven't felt many contraction lately, so I don't think he is going to make an appearance for a few more days. I have a scheduled induction for Monday night if he doesn't come on his own before then though, so at least i know I'll have my baby Tuesday at the latest.

To keep myself from being too depressed about still being pregnant tonight, my friend helped me with a project I've been wanting to do for a while now. I saw this idea on pinterest a few months ago and loved it! Since I don't know how to sew (at all!) my friend, Carly, helped me make these:

Matching football shirts for my boys! Brock LOVES football. Whenever he sees it on TV, he will through his hands up in the air (like the signal for a touchdown) and yell "Go ball" aka, his word for football. He loves to cheer during games like daddy too. So when I saw this idea, I couldn't get it out of my head. Thanks to Hobby Lobby and Carly, it was actually an easy project! (especially considering all I had to do was cut the white strips).

All in all, I'm still sad that there is still no baby, but at least now, my two babies will have cute matching shirts to wear throughout the rest of football season!
