1st Hair Cut

Just a week ago, a friend of mine gave Brock his 1st hair cut! I was really sad about it, especially because his hair is so light that it doesn't even look like he has much. But it was getting pretty long and I thought it was time.

 His hair was about 4 inches long on top.

And almost that long in the back.

He was really scared at first and started fussing and shaking he was so nervous. My friend let him touch the razor with his hands until he realized it didn't hurt, then he was ok with it sat still like a champ!

So much hair gone! That's not even half of it! It was a bitter sweet moment for me.

He looks so handsome with his new hair cut and I think it makes him look older.

When we got home from his hair cut, Daddy was taking a rest on the couch. I was trying to change his clothes because he had hair all over him, but he escape and decided to play on Daddy...

then sit on Daddy's face.

It was a very successful first hair cut! For how long it took his hair to grow in the past 15 months though, I don't see us getting it cut again any time soon!
