Today is Brock's 16 month birthday! In all his 16 months, he has never been sick with anything more than the common cold, and the few times he's had one, he has gotten over them quickly.
The last few days, Brock has been acting very different, not much energy, trouble sleeping, no appetite, and really fussy so after having a rough morning today, I figured something was wrong. I took him to the urgent care and he has his very first ear infection.
Awesome! I have one sick baby and another baby that will hopefully be here any day. But I guess I should look on the bright side: at least we got him on an antibiotic and he can start to feel better soon rather than having waited until Monday to even take him in to the doctor.
I just hope he has a decent night sleep tonight, both for his sake and for mine! I am one tired and really pregnant mommy!
Austin had a double ear infection when I took him in....I only took him in for a rash on his leg. (reaction to shots) I felt like a really terrible mommy. ; ( Good Luck with the baby!
